WE have to develop every single Masjid as UNIT model of Welfare center,.strengthen its monetary collection sources and its distribution among members.
1- Every Masjid should be computaried ,maintain digital information of members, and connect to other Masjid of whole country by internet ,so trained operator is appointed.
2- official auditor is appointed to scrutinise and maintain book
Now we will discuss the utilisation of fundsand ,allocation of funds , its priority, and headings
HEADING (priority subjects)
1-students and education, It mean professional education
2- Funding for self Employment as loan to unemployed member family,to be refunded in stipulated period.
3- Make avail ,primary health facility free or subsidise by appointing Docter
4 Technical ,vocational skill teaching facility for ladies in masjid, such as tailoring, The skilled members of masjid will give his or her service ,free or with pay or skilled person is hired from outside.
5Make avail Gyme facility for youngstar in masjid premises
6-Every Masjid from city will built one extra rooms in masjid premises to make avail free hostel for students of town and village, and one room to be kept for bussiness men to stay one or two day on subsidised rate by showing his identity of unit masjid
7 Immidiate help over death of earning member of subscribing family, If needed, help patients for higher treatment, help ,widow,orphaned or divorcee as per by studying the case.
8- A team of young volunteer to be built at every masjid who will help in marriage, or death event in their unit masjid area or In extraordinary circumstances ,at state national level in natural calamity irrespective of religion or caste
9-Every member of unit masjid will participate in all events of other members, ,as host, just at a call , whether they know him personally or not
10 A CERTAIN amount to be kept reserve for immergency help of city ,state and nation
11 - The Masjids of CITY will collecte more funds ,because of MORE earnings, The city unit masjid wil lADOPT a unit masjid of village and divert its surplus to that masjid with condition of spending as per above directives
12- Digital data will make avail all information of member while registration, A, total family members ,B, age , gender, Married /unmarried, C, total family income D, whether qualify for paying Zakaat or taking zakaat
13-A site to be developed for matrimony for eligible bachelor Boyes and girls, by every unit masjid and facilitate the information all over country so the members will get more option to solve marriage problem, The chair person of Unit masjid will vouch guanrantee ( in directly all members of masjid) of marriage deal or bussiness deal , if any problem arises Chair person of Unit masjid will exersize his power ,put pressure to correct the matter.By boycotting the family,where the concerned member is registered .
14 -when all Muslim members will get registered through their respective masjid They will get IDENTITY CARD (just like Aadhar ) With this card he will be identified at any masjid of India and will get help from chair person in dealing Bussiness, marriage, staying for one ,two day at masjid specially in city, More alliances,More Bussiness opportunities will. arise which will contribute to strgthening society.
This is very vast programme will take at least 5 yrs .we have to first develop idea, Make firm will Firm ,Niyyet, Develop each masjid saperately , Focus to implement one or two welfare programme as per our size of fund, Then interconnect first all masjid of our own city, then district and state nation
