   Thus death can not be defined as penalty or punishment,  as every living creature gets it   that is Norm of nature. Punishment  is that what we all get while living ,The pain, turmoil miserable life we get because  of  natural events, and in consequence of,, what human or living creature   behave  , some powerful  people, Mulla, pandit, dharmaguru , take decisions  make policy, It has tremendous  impact on life of other human and all livings,    These effects are  by coincidence .  can be   good to some and bad to some living creature,  Those who got good effect say ,ThankGod, he listen to my prayers and   Those badly impacted group or in individual say  ,we  were deficient in to obaying God so punished .  So there is No pre decided  destiny.
