I reached,VT station, after getting fresh at cheap local lodge ,went to recruiting agent,s office before time, There I saw so many peoples out side the close gate of office building,,As soon the office opened all rushed main office . on staircase I saw a pigmy size Indian Muslim holding a check list, and crowed gheraowed him, appearing as VIP accompanig the Saudi delegation, yes he too was technician,because of his proficiency, in arabic , hindi and familiarity with local,delegation took him along, Later the same fellow was my co-worker in Medina. Thinking him some VIP I enquire,, are vacancies still there for job of Technicin,? .He nagated, no , no ,no vacancies ,
every post filled, Don,t make crowed here , just go back, to confirm I went in and spoke to office bearer A non Muslim keralite, he read my biodata and oh, nice, your biodata is very good ,you stay here in office you will definitely get selected, He put me at first place of queue for interview, a handsome saudi Docter was conducting interview, Questioned me, what is the long form of SGPT,a biochemisty test for liver and heart disease, in haste I expanded the term , his next question was when would you like to join, thus I got selected, when came out , saw long queue of 2-3 hundred candidate waiting to enter office, and face interview , This also I took as God,s blessing, a non Muslim helped ,and I got through so easily, That too after giving wrong expantion of term SGPT, yes while returning I realise , my answer was wrong , still I got selected, just nothing but Allah,s blessing In those days most people , use to pay, the agents a large amount as service charge, and I spent no money for their service, just free!!
